Studio Policies & Legal TermS

Please kindly go through all the policies below. We would appreciate your cooperation in observing these policies.

FAILURE TO OBSERVE SOME OF THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE GROUNDED IN LOSS OF FUTURE ACCESS TO PASKY STUDIO AND/OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES STARTING FROM $100.00​

Booking & Payment​

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are non-transferable.

  • Your booking time includes setup and cleanup.

Arrival & Departure

  • Please do not enter the studio early without permission.

  • Arrive and leave at your scheduled time.

  • Staying past your booking time will result in additional charges at the hourly rate.

USING THE STUDIO​

The studio must be used for lawful, professional, and creative purposes only.

Not permitted:

  • Alcohol, drugs, vaping, or smoking

  • Open flames (candles, incense, sage)

  • Glitter, paint, smoke machines, or hazardous materials

  • Adult or pornographic content (artistic boudoir is permitted)

  • Parties or unauthorized gatherings

  • Excessive noise (noise complaints result in a $100 fine)​

Cleaning & Damage

  • Leave the studio as you found it.

  • Return furniture and equipment to their original places.

  • Cleaning fees ($50+) or damage fees ($100+) may apply if policies are not respected.

Surveillance & Privacy

The studio is monitored by video surveillance for safety and security. By entering the studio, you consent to being recorded and agree to inform your guests.

Liability & Risk

You assume full responsibility for your use of the studio and for any guests you bring. Pasky Studio is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damage to personal property.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
